Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

All payments are processed by Razorpay, one of India’s leading payment gateways. You can pay by:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and any UPI app)
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
  • Net banking from all major Indian banks
  • Wallets supported by Razorpay

Currency

  • Every order is billed and settled in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices shown in USD, GBP, EUR or AED are for your convenience. Dollar prices are set by the house; other currencies are indicative conversions. Your card issuer converts the INR charge at its own rate, and may add a foreign-transaction fee that is outside our control.
  • All prices within India are inclusive of applicable GST.

Payment security

  • Your payment details go directly to Razorpay over an encrypted connection. We never see, handle or store your card number, CVV or banking credentials.
  • Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest standard of payment data security.
  • Every payment is verified by cryptographic signature on our servers before an order is confirmed.

Order confirmation

Your order is confirmed only after the payment is verified. You will receive a confirmation with your order number right after. If money leaves your account but you see no confirmation, the amount is auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days — write to us with the transaction reference and we will chase it with Razorpay.

Failed or pending payments

If a payment fails, no order is created and nothing is charged. Any amount that appears deducted against a failed payment is reversed automatically by the bank, typically within 5–7 business days.

Cash on delivery

We do not offer cash on delivery at this time. Every order is prepaid.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable under our Shipping & Returns policy, are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically reflect within 7–10 business days of being initiated.
