Shipping & Returns

Dispatch

Every order is packed at our workshop at Samode Haveli, Gangapole, Jaipur and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Hand-finished and made-to-measure pieces can take a little longer; if so, we tell you before you pay, not after.

You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed and the tracking details when it ships.

Shipping within India

• Shipping is complimentary on every order, to every PIN code we serve.
• Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your city.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST — the price you see is the price you pay.

International shipping

• We ship worldwide. A flat shipping fee applies per order, by the currency you shop in: USD 30, GBP 30, EUR 30 or AED 110. The equivalent is charged in Indian Rupees at checkout.
• International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch, customs permitting.
• Duties and import taxes are not included in the product price or the shipping fee. They are assessed by the destination country at import, vary by country and product, and are payable by you directly to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) on delivery.
• Any documents your local authorities require for customs clearance must be arranged by you. If delivery is denied for want of a document, we are unable to offer a refund.
• If delivery fails because the address is unavailable or the parcel is refused, the courier treats the order as abandoned and we cannot refund it or fund a re-attempt.
• Parcels are dispatched to the address recorded at checkout — please check it carefully.

Returns & exchanges — within India

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Pieces must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags and original packaging intact.
• Made-to-measure and custom-tailored pieces are crafted for you alone and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• To begin a return, write to ecommercemaharaniarts@gmail.com with your order number. We will arrange the rest.

Returns — international orders

International orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange or refund. If a piece arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery at ecommercemaharaniarts@gmail.com with photographs of the piece and its packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full — including shipping.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay.
• Refunds are initiated within 3 business days of the returned piece reaching us and passing inspection, and typically reflect in your account within 7–10 business days thereafter, depending on your bank.

A note on handloom

Our pieces are woven, block-printed and dyed by hand. Small irregularities in weave, print and colour are the signature of the craft, not defects, and are not grounds for return.
