Who we are

This website is operated by Maharani Textiles & Arts, Samode Haveli, Gangapole, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302002, India ("The Maharani", "we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

Orders & acceptance

• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it after your payment is verified.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a piece is out of stock, a price or listing is in error, or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.
• You confirm the details you give us — name, address, phone — are accurate. We are not responsible for delivery to an incorrectly supplied address.

Pricing & product information

• Prices in India are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST. International display prices are described in our Payment Policy.
• We take care to describe and photograph every piece faithfully, but screen colours vary, and handmade goods vary by nature — small differences in weave, print, dye and measurement are inherent to the craft.
• We may change prices, collections and site content at any time. Changes never affect an order already confirmed.

Shipping, returns & payments

Delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Payments are governed by our Payment Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone/OTP secure. We may suspend an account used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — designs, photographs, text, the Maharani name and marks — belongs to Maharani Textiles & Arts or its licensors. It may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempting to breach its security, no scraping or interfering with its operation, and no placing fraudulent orders.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order — name, contact details, delivery address and order history — and share it only with the partners who make the order happen (payment gateway, courier). We do not sell your data. Write to ecommercemaharaniarts@gmail.com to have your data corrected or removed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including courier delays, customs holds, strikes or natural events.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above tells you when they last changed. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
