Complimentary shipping across India, dispatched from our workshop in Jaipur within two working days.
Anything hand-block printed carries small irregularities in the print — that is the hand, not a fault. Write to us within seven days if a piece is not right and we will make it so.
International shipping
- For international orders a flat fee of USD 30 / GBP 30 / EUR 30 / AED 110 is charged, depending on the currency you are shopping in.
- Duties and taxes are not included in the stated product price. They apply as per the rules of the destination country and are borne by the customer, over and above the shipping charged at checkout.
- These fees are assessed by the destination country at the time of import. Rates vary by country and by product, so they cannot be pre-determined or quoted by us. We recommend checking with your customs office or carrier in advance.
- Any documents required by your local authorities for customs clearance must be arranged by you. If delivery is denied for want of a document, we are not able to offer a refund.
- Duties, taxes and any import clearance fees are paid directly to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) on delivery. The carrier will invoice you for these.
- International orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, refund or credit note. If a piece arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, write to ecommercemaharaniarts@gmail.com within 48 hours with photographs and we will make it right.
- If delivery fails because the address is unavailable or the parcel is refused, we cannot be responsible for a refund or for re-attempt charges. The courier will treat the order as abandoned.
- Parcels are dispatched to the address recorded at checkout.
- We aim to deliver within the timeline given in your order confirmation, but delays at customs in the destination country are outside our control.
- All orders are dispatched from our workshop in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
